The Importance of Self-Esteem to Students Learning Responsibilities and Group Learning Commitment of Physical Education Students

<p>This study aims to examine the relationship between self-esteem and learning responsibility group commitment of physical education students. We used a quantitative approach, with correlation design. During research, there were 88 students from semester VI involved. In collecting data, we State Self-Esteem Scale Heatherton Polivy (1991), Personal Responsibility Questionnaire Mergler (2007), Organization Commitment Allen Meyer (1990). The research data analyzed descriptively Pearson assistance SPSS. descriptive test revealed that is quite good (67%), for relatively (54.6%), students’ (65.9%). Whereas, indicated positive significant responsibilities (0.468) (0.282). This emphasizes lecturers peers need support, maintain, develop through supportive feedback encourage behavior, such as being responsible committed in completing various tasks.</p>
